Frank Owarish: I have known Dr. Hsu since I joined Keller Graduate School of Management in 2005. Dr. Michael Hamlet was the Dean. We were both faculty members teaching different subjects. We often got together for lunch and compared notes and thereby helped improve each other’s teaching. Dr. Hsu also taught at several other colleges in the area. Dr. Hsu informed me about the Chinese American Scholar Association (CASA) , an academic organization. CASA organized academic conferences in the east side of the world as well as the west side. I became a member thereof and the usual procedure when there is a call for papers is to submit an abstract for consideration and proceed from there.
